Software Built by a Team
That Runs Its Own Platform
Kurrio is a product company first. That is exactly why our services work is different — the engineers who design, ship, and operate a live multi-tenant platform take on custom builds, AI integration, and system modernization, on whatever platform and stack the project actually calls for.
Three ways we help
Most engagements start in one of these and grow into another. You are not buying a category — you are buying the outcome underneath it.
Custom software development
Full-stack product builds on whatever platform fits the problem — web, mobile, cloud, or on-premise.
- New product build
- Replace the spreadsheet
- Rescue an in-flight project
AI & automation consulting
Practical AI that earns its place — on your cloud, your models, and your data boundaries.
- Document intelligence
- AI feature inside your product
- Agentic workflow automation
Systems integration & modernization
Connect the systems you already run — whatever they are — and move the ones you have outgrown, without a big-bang cutover.
- Identity & directory integration
- HR & ERP data flows
- Legacy modernization
The product is the portfolio
Plenty of firms will build you software. Fewer of them operate what they build, on-call, for customers in regulated industries where a bad deploy is a compliance event.
We do. Kurrio runs multi-tenant workloads with per-tenant data isolation, dedicated deployments for customers who require them, and AI features that have to be right rather than merely impressive. Every hard lesson from that is already paid for — and it goes into your project instead of your invoice.
Your platform, not ours
We build in whatever language, framework, and cloud fits the job — including the one your team already runs. Kurrio happens to run on .NET and AWS; that is a fact about our product, not a constraint on your project.
We ship our own product
Kurrio is a multi-tenant compliance platform we design, build, and operate — not a portfolio piece. Client work is done by the same engineers, to the same standard.
Regulated by default
Our day job is software for construction, energy, healthcare, government, and manufacturing. Audit trails, access control, and data isolation are habits, not upsells.
Built to be handed over
Tests, pipelines, infrastructure as code, and documentation ship with the software. You should be able to take it in-house whenever you choose to.
How an engagement runs
No discovery phase that produces only slides, and no six-month gap between kickoff and the first thing you can actually click.
Discovery
A short, paid engagement to understand the problem, the constraints, and the systems already in play. You leave with a technical plan and a cost range — whether or not you build with us.
Design & architecture
Data model, integration points, security boundaries, and the delivery sequence. We agree on what "done" means before estimating how long it takes.
Build in the open
Two-week increments against working software. You see the real system in a real environment from the first iteration, not a status report about one.
Launch & hand off
Production deployment, monitoring, runbooks, and knowledge transfer. Ongoing support is available — dependence on it is not the goal.
Ways to work together
Pricing depends on scope, and we will not pretend otherwise on a web page. Tell us the problem and you will get a real number.
Discovery sprint
Fixed scope, fixed price. Ends with an architecture, a delivery plan, and an estimate you can take anywhere.
Fixed-scope build
A defined deliverable with an agreed price and milestone schedule. Best when the requirements are settled.
Embedded team
Engineers working inside your process and your repository. Best when the roadmap is evolving and throughput is the constraint.
Ongoing support
Maintenance, enhancements, and on-call coverage for systems we built — or inherited from someone else.
Tell us what you are trying to build
A short conversation is usually enough for us to tell you whether we are the right team — and if we are not, who might be.
