An LMS tracks course completions. Kurrio tracks whether a person is currently qualified for the job they hold — which depends on their role, their site, the requirements attached to that role, and whether their certifications are still in date. Training is one input to that answer rather than the whole of it.

Yes. Kurrio supports SSO, and integrates with the identity provider you already run so access is granted and revoked from your directory rather than managed twice.

Yes. Existing people, certifications, training history, and documents can be migrated in — including from spreadsheets and from a system you are replacing. Data migration with reconciliation is something we do as a service, not something we hand you a template for.

Yes. Kurrio integrates with identity providers and HR systems so your people data has one source of truth, and supports training standards including xAPI. If you need an integration that does not exist yet, our services team builds it.
